Sell & Rent Back OptionDo you want to release equity from your home but don’t want to move?Have you fallen behind on your mortgage payments and are facing a repossession order? Are you splitting up and need to sell your home to pay your ex partner off but don’t actually want to move? Do you want someone else to take care of the ongoing maintenance and insurance costs of your home? If you have answered yes to any of these questions then why not use our Sell & Rent Back Option. We will buy your home from you (thus releasing equity for you to use for whatever) and then rent it straight back to you. You can rent it for as long as you like. It can be a long term or a short term let. The choice is completely yours. The whole sell & rent back process normally takes between 2-4 weeks. We already have the funds in place so we just need to instruct our solicitor. There is absolutely no cost to you. We pay all the solicitor and valuation costs. So you have no outlay whatsoever! As your landlord our company pays for the yearly buildings insurance costs and any gas and electrical safety checks that are required to ensure your home is safe. You can be rest assured that the sale and rent back is handled very discretely and is completely confidential. No one will ever know that you have actually sold your home and are now renting it. You even have the option of buying your home back from us in the future, but only if you want to! Some people, after selling their home might even be entitled to Housing Benefit to help pay their rent, either straight away, or some months down the line depending on their circumstances (please get independent advice on this at your local CAB).
