Speedy Sale Property FAQsHow long from accepting our offer does it take to complete?As we are not in any chain it normally takes between 2-4 weeks to complete.Who pays for all the legal fees?We do. You have no financial outlay whatsoever. We cover all solicitor legal costs.I have received a repossession order. Can you still buy my property?Yes we can. We can complete the sale quickly thus saving you from having irreparable credit history.My home is in need of some repair. Would I still be able to sell to your company?Yes, we consider all homes and in any condition.Would my sale be kept confidential?Yes. We are very discrete and your confidentiality is important to us. There would be no boards going outside your property so no-one would ever know.I've heard that every seller must pay for a Home Information Pack. Will this apply to me?No. If you sell to us then it is classified as a private sale. There is no requirement for a HIP when a house is sold privately.What is the sell & rent back option?It's exactly as it says on the tin. We buy your house from you and then you rent it back from us. We therefore become the landlord, and thus responsible for the general maintenance of the property. You become the tenant and can rent it for as long as you want. We also give you the option to buy the property back from us at a future date (but only if you want to). |
